Backstage of a Chinese opera

Chinese opera performers getting ready for the next show. Costumes and make-ups play an important role in the play. Each color has a different meaning. They are used to symbolize a character’s role, fate, and general character. For example, green denotes impulsive behavior and violence. Pink symbolizes sophistication and coolheadedness. Red stands for bravery or loyalty.
